Executive Coaching Style:
My style is dictated by the needs of the individual and organization. I waste no time in assessing the stated and unstated needs of the individual and organization, and delivering the Fine Tuning™ necessary for each engagement.
Whether the focus of coaching involves specific job related requirements, personal effectiveness or career objectives, permeating the engagements are some shared steps. They are: establish the relationship, identify goals, define success, take action, evaluate outcomes of actions taken, and conclude.
Further, I have a general WinWinWin™ style. If there is an investment in time for the individual executive, all who will engage with that executive will benefit. Growth and empowerment are contagious and success has a ripple effect on (w) individuals, (w) departments and (w) organizations.
